The Culinaire® Mobile Care Service Bain Marie that is designed to hold pre-heated food at the optimum temperature in Gastronorm pans up to 65mm deep (sold separately). Dry operation only to bain marie. A slide out plastic tub is supplied for rubbish or utensils. The perforated light-weight mid shelf provides extra storage. Above the insulated cupboard, a retractable 495mm wide 285mm deep stainless steel serving shelf has been fitted which is accessible from either side. Options: Insulated cupboard (sold separately).
