Moretti Professional COMP P150G A/1 – Single Deck Oven with Leavening Compartment

Energy saving, high productivity, total safety by using the finest technology of P150G gas oven, an excellent kitchen equipment suitable for intensive production with a high quality standard. P150G is available in natural gas or LPG. The baking chambers are very wide, the structure is shaped in stainless steel plate, with a two layer refractory brick baking surface,  while heat insulation is guaranteed by high density material. Heat is generated by an injection-fuelled, micro perforated stainless steel burner with electronic safety control.
